Justin was a phenomenal agent! His dedication to finding us our second home was more than we ever expected. He was so patient with us as we toured homes all over Las Vegas. With our budget in mind, he was able to look at questionable issues in some of the homes we toured and provide completely honest feedback. His judgment was priceless, as we were unfamiliar with the many aspects and decisions involved in buying a home.Justin’s negotiation skills were also excellent and enabled us to get the price lowered to account for the repairs and renovations we intended to make. Justin was always available for phone calls, texts, and emails. There was never any waiting around for him to respond and, in a competitive market, that was a very valuable thing to have in an agent.Overall, Justin is exceptionally knowledgeable, extremely patient, and very dedicated to his clients. Justin was the realtor for the sale of my parent’s house in Painted Desert. My parents had already left the house and moved out of state due to medical reasons. Justin was incredibly diligent in ensuring the house was well maintained and staged for potential buyers.
